"Ad Debug" renamed "Ad Inspector" in CMS

The "Ad Debug" page and associated tools in the Uplynk CMS have been renamed to "Ad Inspector." This is merely a name change in the CMS. Functionality has not changed, nor has the name of the Ad Server Debug API.
