Closed Caption Suppression in VOD Uploader

We have added a Suppress Closed Captions option to VOD uploader templates, giving you control over whether an additional CC1 closed caption track appears in your player after VOD content is sliced.

Previously, suppressing that track required manually passing the -suppress_608_output slicer argument. Enabling the option in a template now applies the argument to every VOD slicing job that uses it, and your choice is saved as part of the template configuration.

The option is off by default and applies to new slicing jobs, so if you want the CC1 track suppressed you need to open your template and turn it on.
