Completed: Authentication System Change
As part of our transition to becoming an independent Uplynk service, we've successfully introduced a new authentication management system for our CMS as of 1 PM ET, January 13, 2025.
What You Need to Do:
-
Password Reset Required: If you haven't already, please reset your password the next time you log in. Existing passwords could not be migrated due to security reasons.
-
Email Address on File: Ensure your account has an active email address to receive the password reset link. If you need to update your email, go to:
Settings > User Settings > Change Email. -
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) remains temporarily unavailable. We expect it to be reinstated by January 27th.
-
This update only affects logins made via the user interface (UI) and does not impact system-level APIs.
Important Note: Monitoring Service Authentication
For now, the Monitoring service continues to use the previous authentication method (IDS). Please use your IDS password to log in until we migrate it to the new system.
