Enable Slate In VOD Replay for Live Events

When a replay is created following the conclusion of a Live Event, any mid-event slates are automatically removed.  

For customers who want to maintain mid-event slates inserted during the Live Event, there is a new configuration, Enable Slate in VOD Replay, found on the config section of each Live Event.
