The Playlist Builder UI:

Enables a user to create a playlist from multiple VOD assets

Builds upon the existing Virtual Linear Playlist Builder APIs but provides a more user-friendly experience
Allows for ads to be inserted between the VOD assets as well as within the VOD assets, increasing monetization opportunities
