Simplified Ad Tag Setup for UAC

When setting up a new ad server with "Universal Ad Configuration", you often receive an "Ad Tag" - a template URL from your ad provider that includes server information and required parameters. With this enhancement, you can simply paste your Ad Tag URL, and the system will automatically parse it and populate the configuration with all the relevant values. This makes setup faster, easier, and helps reduce the risk of manual errors.
