Fixes

• Fixed a -dasher unplayable DASH audio regression introduced in the 251027.01.01-master release.
• Fixed an SCTE plugin crash caused by Python 3.12+ changes.
• Fixed a suppress_608_input slicer crash regression introduced in the 250516.14.01-master release.

Other Changes

• Added liveslicer logging for excess output audio duration.
• Added the -parse_xds liveslicer option.
• Updated ca-bundle.crt.

Known Issues

• Apple M-series slicer build (mac_arm64) does not support Dolby AC3/EC3 encoding or Nielsen options.

Prerequisites

• Due to CentOS 7 reaching EOL on July 1, 2024, this slicer release was built on Ubuntu 18.04.
• NVIDIA driver version 418 or later is required for HEVC 4K HDR/SDR.
