Fixes:

• Live Event metadata lost following the 1st /content_start when slicing with use_brokers=4

• Rapid calls to slicer API /blackout + /content_start put liveslicer in a bad state

• Rapid slicer start/shutdown sequence can cause a spurious beam start

Additions:

• Ad prefetch signaling

• Liveslicer configuration file support for imagebug

• An option to workaround liveslicer sample rate misdetection causing slow-motion video

Removals

• Broker to Encoder Frame by Frame implementation has been disabled (use_brokers=4)

Notice: Unresolved Issue

• Intermittent crash on beam end/rollover mitigated by running liveslicer as a service: systemd, upstart, or anything else that can restart liveslicer after abnormal termination
