Fixes:

Fix several intermittent crashes caused by thread termination race conditions.

More graceful error handling for invalid parameters passed in to -csp_xform, -fadein.

Fix inaccurate slice duration for last slice in a range.

Fix a crash in Software based color conversion.

Avoid creating an empty slice due to slice duration alignment correction.
Changes:
- Assume input colorspace is BT.709 if source doesn't signal any color specs, even if the source is 10-bit.
Prerequisites
- Nvidia driver 418 or later is required for HEVC 4K HDR/SDR
