Delete MP4 exports

delete https://services.uplynk.com/api/v4/assets/{asset_id}/mp4

Delete exported files from Uplynk, and also requests the files to be purged from the CDN cache.
The exported files may still be available from the CDN for up to 15 minutes, until the purge is completed.
