GET /api2/liveevents2/start
Starts a Live Event.

Prerequisites
Before calling this API, ensure the following conditions are met:
- The live event is fully configured in the Uplynk platform.
- A valid slicer_id is assigned to the event.
- The assigned slicer is in an active Capturing state.
Note: A slicer that is only running or idle is not sufficient.
