Update an asset

Update an existing asset using its asset_id (the asset’s GUID). You can modify fields like title, external ID, expiration, embed settings, DRM flags, and metadata.

Sample Use Cases

  • Assign or update external metadata for automations in external systems.
  • Enforce or disable DRM settings on an asset before distribution.
  • Set or clear expiration rules programmatically.
