Update a subtitle track

Update a subtitle track for a given asset using its asset_id (asset GUID) and track_num. You can either update the metadata (language, description, role) or replace the underlying subtitle file. Replacements are submitted as a new CloudSlicer job.

Sample Use Cases

  • Fix incorrect language codes or track descriptions post-upload.
  • Replace a subtitle file with a corrected version.
  • Add a TTML role attribute to comply with platform requirements.
