Support Files
Overview
If you’re working with our support team to resolve an issue, you can use the Support page to upload files such as TS captures, logs, or any other files that may help us investigate more effectively. This tool gives you a simple and secure way to share files directly from your Uplynk account.
You’ll find the Support section by clicking the Support icon in the left-hand navigation bar.
Uploaded files are automatically deleted after 14 days, so you don’t have to worry about managing storage.
Uploading Files
Uploading files is a simple process:
- Subject: Give your upload a short title that helps identify it. This is required.
- ServiceNow Ticket ID: If you already have a ticket open with us, you can include the SNC ID here (optional).
- Add Your File: Click "Browse Files" to select a file from your system, or simply drag and drop your file into the upload area.
Once you’ve entered a subject and selected at least one file, the Upload button becomes active.
Managing Files
Below the upload area, you’ll see a table listing the files you’ve submitted:
- Each row shows the subject, file name, ticket ID (if provided), and the info of the user who uploaded it.
- You can download the uploaded files or delete them manually if needed.
- Select multiple rows and use the trashcan icon to delete in bulk.
